VOLUNTEER

Volunteer: our work depends heavily on the work of skilled volunteers. If you are skilled and would like to offer your services we await you. If you are unskilled but passionate then put your name on the list for training.

Volunteers work on every project created by Grti Media and are also the first people we turn to to employ on paid jobs that we get in. Volunteers need to be skilled in particular areas and are selected for particular jobs and tasks according to those skills. It is not essential that volunteers must have a disability, however they must have a committment to the aims of Grit Media, and a committment to disability as a human rights issue. all volunteers are expected to sign a code of conduct before they start work.

We need skilled volunteers in the following areas:

• TV Production
• Camera Operation
• Editing
• Story development
• Story research
• Script writing
• Radio Production
• Radio Technicians
• Website maintenance
• Administration
