GRIT MEDIA SYMPOSIUM

Our first Symposium was held July 20th 2007 at the ABC Iwaki Auditorium with the support of the ABC. Much of the event was recorded and played out on a No Limits Episode, available on the No Limits Series 7 Box Set. The event poster tells it all.

• Event Set Up: No Limits set and hosted by No Limits panel & recorded for broadcast/podcast
  Various speakers over four hours (40 mins approx inc: 5 min showreel, 20 mins talks, 10 mins q&a facilitated by hosts, 5 min break between speakers), covering a range of topics related to disability and its reflection in media (ranging from mainstream to community to pirate and self-broadcasting. Short Break for afternoon tea (15 mins).
